Senior Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

Leading sophisticated studies in General Medicine therapeutic areas, the full-time remote Senior Biostatistics Manager will provide statistical guidance, manage study statisticians, and contribute to clinical development strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage statistical contributions to clinical protocols, reports, and publications
• Implement and support standards and quality in study design and statistical analysis
• Lead and mentor study statisticians while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of Biostatistics experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of Biostatistics experience
• 5 or more years of statistical experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Experience in life cycle drug development, including pre-clinical and clinical phases
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines in drug development
• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and projects
