Senior Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

To support clinical trials in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Biostatistics Manager will perform scientific statistical analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop statistical analysis plans while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as trial statistician, collaborating on study planning, execution, and reporting
• Develop individual protocols and statistical analysis plans, determining appropriate methodologies
• Analyze clinical trial data and prepare reports to communicate results effectively to project teams

Required qualifications:

• PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design concepts and phases of drug development
• Experience in statistical programming and data management
• Proven ability to apply complex statistical techniques to clinical trial analyses
• Strong background in preparing reports and communicating statistical findings
