Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time Senior BizOps Analyst will define business problems, analyze data, and drive actionable insights within core product areas, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the right business problems and ensure analyses align with decision-making needs
• Build reports, run analyses, and surface insights to influence key metrics
• Collaborate with teams across product, growth, finance, and operations to drive outcomes based on data-driven recommendations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of managing ambiguous analytical challenges and achieving business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and responsibility for driving results
