Senior Book Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver original and effective cover designs and manage all stages of book packaging
• Collaborate closely with editorial teams and assist the Art Director on design tasks
• Manage schedules, prepare files for output, and oversee the proofing process

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of bookmaking experience, preferably in children's publishing
• Degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite on Mac Platform
• Strong portfolio showcasing typographic skills and design fundamentals
• Knowledge of the technical processes of book production and printing
