Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process/reprocess transactions
• Complete keying of information under nonstandard forms of keying rules
• Analyze and interpret client documents to find solutions for individual clients/transactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in transaction processing or related field
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents
• Familiarity with keying rules and data entry standards
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
