Job Summary
Responsible for expanding enrollment in the Nashville and North Middle Tennessee region, the full-time remote Senior Brand Ambassador will cultivate relationships with high schools and community partners, manage a defined regional territory, and leverage data insights to guide prospective students through the admissions process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and enrollment efforts within the Nashville region, increasing applications and student admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools and community organizations to enhance visibility and partnerships
- Support application processing and recruitment initiatives for surrounding states as part of the broader admissions team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or student outreach
- Strong knowledge of college admissions and territory-based recruitment strategies
- Proficiency with CRM and admissions data platforms, with a preference for experience in Element451, Slate, or similar systems
- Commitment to UT Southern's mission and values in higher education
