Senior Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

Managing recruitment efforts in the Huntsville and North Alabama region, the full-time Senior Brand Ambassador will serve as the primary representative for enrollment, cultivating relationships with high schools and community partners while leveraging data insights to increase applications and enrolled students remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Expand visibility and enrollment for the university by building relationships with local high schools and community organizations
• Utilize admissions and CRM data to identify and convert prospective students through personalized guidance
• Support application processing and recruitment efforts for surrounding states while aligning with broader admissions team goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or student outreach
• Strong knowledge of college admissions and territory-based recruitment strategies
• Proficiency with CRM and admissions data platforms, with a preference for experience in Element451 or Slate
• Ability to work independently while meeting defined performance metrics
