Managing recruitment efforts in the northern Alabama region, the remote Senior Brand Ambassador will cultivate relationships with high schools and community partners, utilizing data insights to increase applications and enrollments while supporting broader admissions initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruitment and enrollment representative for the Huntsville and North Alabama market
- Leverage data from admissions and CRM systems to identify and convert prospective students
- Support application processing and recruitment efforts for surrounding states as part of the admissions team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or student outreach
- Applicants must live within a 30-45 mile radius of Huntsville, AL
- Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of college admissions and territory-based recruitment strategies
