Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Senior Brand and Media Specialist will manage project execution for C-level Members, ensuring timely delivery of marketing and publishing deliverables while enhancing Member satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Lead authority projects for approximately 35 Members, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure precise execution of deliverables
- Manage project prioritization and workflow to achieve over 95% on-time milestone delivery, maintaining high levels of Member satisfaction
- Consult and coach Members on optimizing results through available systems and programs, fostering long-term relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media agencies
- Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving revenue through client retention and upselling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- 4-year degree required
- Experience working directly with C-Suite clients
