Senior Brand Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Brand Managers of Lilly's Love and Wonderful Way, the full-time Senior Brand Associate will manage daily operations across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, operating with autonomy to ensure account health and compliance while advising on higher-stakes decisions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support Brand Managers in day-to-day operations, managing routine and moderately complex issues independently
• Lead account health checks and resolve policy warnings, stranded inventory, and suppressed listings while coordinating with platform support
• Oversee product compliance tasks and manage the full listing lifecycle, including content uploads and customer service escalations

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Strong ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a cross-cultural, cross-timezone team
• Highly solutions-driven with sound judgment on when to act independently versus escalate issues
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
