Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Creative to lead a team of creatives in refining and expanding the brand's core story.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and expand the core brand story across various audiences and platforms
  • Manage end-to-end storytelling production and establish effective intake and review processes
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of writers, designers, and video creators while maintaining narrative consistency
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in an agency, in-house creative studio, or production company
  • At least 2 years of experience directly leading and developing creatives
  • Strong background in a core creative craft, particularly in video production and narrative development
  • Highly organized with a proven track record in production leadership across complex projects
  • Ability to connect creative ideas to business goals and outcomes
