Job Summary
To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time Senior Brand Designer will own the creative vision for Mercury's growth channels, design compelling ad creatives, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance brand performance, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a wide range of Brand Studio projects, including campaigns, web, social, and brand initiatives
- Establish and maintain the creative vision for growth channels, ensuring brand excellence at the performance layer
- Utilize creative testing to develop hypotheses and translate findings into improved creative direction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or visual communication
- A portfolio showcasing both craft and strategic thinking in brand design
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with motion and video editing is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of creative testing and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with paid social platforms and familiarity with ad specifications is a plus
