Senior Brand Designer

Job Summary

To enhance brand presence and proposal quality, the contract Senior Brand & Visual Communications Designer will lead the creation of visual content, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure brand consistency across various platforms while working onsite in Albany, NY or remotely based on qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the firm's visual brand presence across proposals, marketing materials, and digital content
• Develop visual strategies and creative solutions for major pursuits, including infographics and presentation materials
• Create compelling visual assets that effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 10 to 15+ years of professional graphic design or visual marketing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and visual storytelling
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint presentation design
• Experience managing website visual content and social media creative assets
