Senior Brand Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Brand Designer to work remotely, who will own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, and social media, while evolving Phantom's visual identity and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end brand design from concept through final production across various platforms
• Evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity, setting creative direction and maintaining brand quality
• Translate complex briefs into compelling creative and lead high-visibility projects, aligning stakeholders across functions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-level execution
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with After Effects as a plus
• Experience contributing to and extending a brand design system
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate creative work to senior stakeholders
• Curiosity about AI-powered design tools and motivation to integrate them into workflow
