Job Summary
Leading brand strategy and content programs, the full-time Senior Brand Manager will manage brand positioning, oversee agency partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand management, including brand positioning, voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Lead agency collaboration for brand alignment and content management, developing a publishing calendar that supports marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, integrating insights into brand and content strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or content marketing with direct ownership of brand and content programs
- Proven track record managing creative teams with measurable impact on brand health and demand generation
- Experience leading reputation management strategies in regulated or scrutinized categories
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in content performance measurement tools
