Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end brand experience for two growth brands, the remote Senior Brand Manager will manage merchandising, profitability, and sales metrics while collaborating across teams to drive e-commerce performance and strategic brand evolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and sales mix for two growth brands
  • Define and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives and campaigns
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience, particularly in DTC brand management or growth
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through merchandising and experimentation
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations, including site and lifecycle management
  • Experience with experimentation methodology and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
