Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, annual, and marketing planning and re-planning for the business
• Oversee implementation of marketing plans through leadership of internal and external activities
• Conduct analysis of business results and assess market trends and competitive environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and/or General Management
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative
• Strong project and timeline management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
