Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the 3Y Vision and Strategic Plan for the Pretzels portfolio
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive brand-led initiatives and commercialization of projects
• Create actionable insights from market data and consumer research to identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or General Management
• Demonstrated accountability for sales and income results
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to manage people and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills
