Job Summary
Driving the strategic direction of brand marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end campaigns, manage a team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead brand marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and performance analysis
- Manage and mentor a team of brand marketers, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality output
- Oversee brand research initiatives and monitor brand health metrics to report on awareness and perception trends
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing communications
- Demonstrated experience leading brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret brand health data and market research
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and project management tools
