Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Brand & Creative processes
  • Manage budget forecasting, tracking, and vendor onboarding
  • Support team culture and talent development initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of Creative Operations experience in a direct-to-consumer brand
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and Figma
  • Familiarity with Gatekeeper & Tipalti is a plus
