Senior BSA/AML Analyst

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end financial crimes investigations, the remote Senior BSA/AML Analyst will monitor and investigate AML alerts, conduct due diligence on cannabis clients, and prepare SAR reports in alignment with FinCEN guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate AML alerts generated across multiple program partners
• Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of cannabis clients
• Prepare marijuana-specific SAR reports in accordance with FinCEN's guidance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience, with fintech and cannabis banking preferred
• Experience filing marijuana-related SARs under FinCEN's MRB guidance framework
• Knowledge of BSA compliance models and AML obligations
• Experience with AML transaction monitoring platforms and cannabis-specific compliance tools
• CAMS certification is a plus
