Senior BSA/AML Analyst
Job Summary
To support compliance efforts, the full-time Senior BSA/AML Analyst will administer the BSA/AML program, analyze transactions for suspicious activities, and assist with training and program development, primarily in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control reviews and compliance monitoring related to BSA/AML regulations
- Analyze member account transactions to detect unusual activity and manage cases of suspicious activity
- Assist in the development and delivery of BSA/AML training resources for front-line staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations
- 5-7 years of experience with ACH, merchant services, or related financial operations
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- ACAMS certification is preferred
