Senior BSA/AML Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. BSA/AML Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to determine the need for enhanced due diligence or investigations
• Manage BSA/AML processes to meet SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal standards
• Develop expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC controls and make recommendations for process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC activities in the financial services industry
• Experience writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Organized, efficient, and professional demeanor
