Senior BSA for Configuration Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in Configuration Management, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CMDB data quality and health, supporting and troubleshooting CMDB issues
• Manage and improve CMDB governance, working on enhancement requests
• Maintain documentation and training while driving continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related experience
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Agile Software Development
• Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, and platform engineering
