Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr BSA/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of technical solutions through business process analysis, requirements definition, and user acceptance testing
• Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scope, solutions, and risks while keeping management informed

Required Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of business systems analysis experience in an enterprise IT environment
• Proven experience in Agile methodology and Scrum roles, with a preference for Product Owner experience
• Strong experience documenting Epics and User Stories using a scrum tool like JIRA
• Expertise in SQL for data validation and analysis
• Ability to work independently and handle complex problems in a cross-functional environment
