Senior Building Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Experienced in building automation systems, the full-time Senior Building Operations Technology Analyst will define system architecture, manage programming and development of control systems, and support energy management initiatives in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate system scope and objectives based on user needs, participating in analysis and planning for building automation and operations technology infrastructure
• Develop expertise in building automation applications, assist with system upgrades, and maintain data integrity within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Conduct project reviews, provide programming support for infrastructure enhancements, and oversee commissioning processes to align with energy conservation goals

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field
• Four years of experience in building operations technologies and programming, with potential for substitution of experience for education
• Hands-on expertise with Tridium Niagara, Siemens APOGEE, Desigo CC, and Trane SC+ controls is highly desirable
• Knowledge of industry-standard BAS protocols and energy management regulations
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of critical infrastructure as per Texas Business and Commerce Code requirements
