Senior Business Advisor, Payments
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization, the successful candidate will manage system optimization efforts, document business processes, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for active system optimization efforts, including same-day settlement and ACH enhancements
- Establish comprehensive documentation of PEP+ business processes and maintain a centralized knowledge repository
- Support issue resolution and ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation
Required qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of PEP+ payment processing systems
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and operational procedures
- Understanding of ACH processing, settlement, and payments operations
- Experience supporting large-scale system optimization initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
