• Manage third-party negotiations and deal drafting, ensuring compliance and risk management during campaign production
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple complex work streams while maintaining organized digital files

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or production with a strong track record in negotiations and deal-making
• Experience with union and non-union productions and branded partnerships
• Deep expertise in music licensing and relationships with rights holders
• Strong knowledge of content and media production, rights clearance, and evolving content distribution
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently and deliver strategic business affairs advice
