Senior Business Affairs Manager

Job Summary

Managing influencer and vendor agreements, the full-time Senior Business Affairs Manager will oversee contract workflows, negotiate terms, and provide advisement on creator programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the drafting, negotiation, and organization of digital creator agreements using a CLM platform
• Lead contract negotiations and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
• Respond to inquiries from business teams and create a library of playbooks and training materials

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant Business Affairs or contract management experience, preferably with digital creator agreements
• Strong understanding of digital and social advertising and licensing
• Experience with contract management systems like Ironclad, DocuSign, and Salesforce
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and non-legal audiences
• Interest in the social influencer space and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
