Senior Business Alignment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework and cycles
• Administer and optimize the OKR software/tool, producing status reports and insights
• Serve as the internal OKR Coach, facilitating alignment sessions and training leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in business operations, PMO, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience implementing an OKR or similar performance management program
• Proven track record of improving processes in a complex environment
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or related industries preferred
