Senior Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary

As the Senior Business Analysis Manager, this full-time remote position will lead data analysis projects, employing advanced statistical methods to uncover trends and insights that influence strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive data analysis projects using techniques such as regression analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and correlations
• Design and conduct complex data studies, interpreting results to provide actionable insights to executive leadership
• Ensure effective utilization of PowerBI for advanced analytics and collaborate with IT teams to enhance data collection procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Applied Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, including model building and statistical analysis
• 3+ years of experience with BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau for automating reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in data transformation using R or Python preferred
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and implementing new databases preferred
