Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, analyze, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and validation of requirements
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams, managing project documentation and supporting user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements gathering and documentation
• Proficient in agile practices and traditional project management methodologies
• Expertise in using JIRA and Confluence for managing requirements
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for 3 out of the past 5 years
