Job Summary
Seeking a remote contract Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience, who will focus on Oracle Payroll implementation and provide post-go-live support, ensuring effective system configuration and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Payroll implementations and provide hypercare support post-go-live
- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle HCM systems to enhance performance and resolve issues
- Utilize OTBI reporting and manage HDL/HSDL data loads for effective data handling
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on Oracle HCM implementations
- Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll is essential
- Proven experience in supporting post-go-live environments
- Hands-on experience with system configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time
