Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Veterans Affairs Independent Enterprise Testing Support Services contract, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements for software delivery and modernization efforts, focusing on risk assessment and collaborative evaluation of testing activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and reviewing project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining systems of records and workbooks to evaluate business risks and criticality
• Conducting evaluations of systems under test and writing detailed reports on risk justification and mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in business requirements management
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a government background screening
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for access to classified information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Online
