Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, translate business needs into user stories, and support Agile processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with development teams
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend optimizations for workflows, automation opportunities, and user experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience with user story writing and Agile ceremonies
• Ability to create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications aligned with platform capabilities
• Working knowledge of scripting and data models, with experience collaborating with developers and architects
