Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a mission-focused enterprise modernization effort, the remote Senior Business Analyst will lead business discovery and requirements analysis for Salesforce Service Cloud and an Experience Cloud Applicant Portal, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective Agile delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops for requirements elicitation and process analysis with stakeholders across multiple domains
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes, ensuring clarity in user roles and business rules
- Develop and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements into implementation-ready artifacts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management for enterprise software modernization
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and document complex business processes
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms and CRM solutions, with experience in data migration and integrations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
