Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a remote position in California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate timely and quality delivery of the end-to-end business investment analysis process functions within the Research and Development organization
• Provide strategic guidance, analysis, and prioritization recommendations for proposed investments
• Support implementation and ensure the function has the framework to continue autonomously during maintenance phase

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
• MBA, Finance, or Strategy education preferred
• Consulting experience preferred
• Engagement with organizational leadership at high levels in any type of organization, preferably healthcare
• Financial analysis experience, budget planning, cashflow modeling
