Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for system and software application requirements analysis and management for the Human Resources Command
Develop systems prototypes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements and maintain systems processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
6-8 years of experience in analytics and systems development
Secret Clearance
Experience eliciting and documenting software requirements
Experience using Microsoft Visio and Project
