Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Own configuration setup within billing systems per contract
Update billing systems for new contracts or amendments
Work with other teams to onboard new customers and create configurations in billing tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, Finance, or related field
5 years of experience in quality, billing, Accounts Receivable, or similar role preferred
Independent research and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
