- Integrate into client teams or work on a product team to deliver solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and document processes
- Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 4+ years of experience with Workday systems and data integration
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Understanding of integration technologies and data flows in enterprise systems
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large complex systems
