Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team remotely in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical and project teams
- Document current and future state processes and identify areas for improvement
- Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- 4+ years of experience with Workday systems and integration points
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Understanding of integration technologies and data flows in enterprise systems
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams with large, complex systems
