A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to support agile delivery
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals

Required Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
At least 3 years of experience focused on ServiceNow implementations
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
