Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to identify and document business requirements for application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and documentation efforts, facilitating meetings with business users and technical teams
• Manage a feature backlog and translate business needs into technical solutions through User Stories
• Act as Project Manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring stakeholder management and project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
• Experience working in a Scrum environment and understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and technical teams effectively
