Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications, and create business requirements documents
• Oversee testing of business applications to ensure client requirements are met and provide support during project phases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Health Insurance-related domain certification is an advantage
