Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Data and Reporting Team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data and reporting
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and oversee testing activities for accuracy
• Manage the backlog of work and provide training on data and reporting tools to business users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on data and reporting
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to document complex requirements
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
