Key Responsibilities

Translate Natural Heritage Program needs into clear, testable user stories
Lead discovery sessions and manage backlog refinement and sprint planning meetings
Provide mentorship to junior team members and support client relationship development

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership roles
Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Demonstrated success leading discovery workshops with natural resource clients
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS and workflows related to element tracking and species observation datasets
