Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer service order management and develop business metrics and reports to drive improvements
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements and implement analytics platforms for customer service
  • Provide training on data analysis tools and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Service team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, informatics, or a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in operations support with a focus on data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of process principles and data models for measuring outcomes
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to present data insights
