Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and Kantata SX.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Lead user story refinement sessions and translate business processes into system workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce, optimizing their usage for operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2 years of experience in Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations and project management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of Kantata SX functionalities
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in an agile environment
