Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and implement pricing tools for group insurance products
• Collaborate with management across various departments to maintain pricing tools
• Ensure documentation of tool design, coding, and training is current and accessible

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Technical skills in SQL & VBA
• Experience with group insurance pricing/valuation/analytics preferred
• Experience with the software development life cycle preferred
