Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure project deliverables meet real needs

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Project Management Organization
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows in healthcare claim processing
Familiarity with various development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and SAFe
Bachelor's degree; certifications like CCBA, CBAP, CSM, or CSPO preferred
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
